Alex Guenette to Pilot the No. 92 at Watkins Glen International

Lake Wales, Fla., (May 5, 2026) - DGM Racing announces that NASCAR Canada Series competitor, Alex Guenette, will drive the No. 92 in the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series (NOAPS), at Watkins Glen International (WGI), with DLGL HRIS Software serving as the primary partner.
Guenette has made seven starts in the NOAPS, three of which were with DGM Racing. In 60 NASCAR Canada Series starts, Guenette has claimed a win, 18 Top 5s, and 40 Top 10 finishes. His best NOAPS finish of 15th came while driving a DGM Racing Chevrolet at the inaugural Chicago Street Course race in 2023.
Although Josh Williams will not compete at WGI, due to a newly onboarded partner failing to meet its contractual obligations, Williams will still pilot the No. 92 at various races in 2026, and his 2027 contract remains intact at this time.

Through this transition the Josh Williams Hospital Tour will remain fully active with visits scheduled at several upcoming races. Williams’ long-term partners are rallying together to support him and the team, and they will remain on the No. 92 Chevrolet throughout the duration of the season.
“This is an unfortunate circumstance for everyone involved,” said Josh Williams. “No team works harder than the men and women at DGM, and this is just another setback for a dedicated team that consistently shows up doing so much with so little. We were very excited to bring a new partner into the sport, but they weren’t able to fulfill the terms and commitments they agreed to. As a team owner myself, I completely understand the decision that had to be made as a result. Looking forward to the day when we’ll be back.”
As a natural leader and veteran in the NOAPS, Williams will remain available so he can continue assisting his #DGMFamily and the driver of the No. 92 Chevrolet at races he cannot compete in.
“While this is an incredible opportunity for Alex, this is a terribly difficult situation for our team,” shared Team Owner, Mario Gosselin. “Business aside, Josh is like a son to me, and I hate that we cannot keep him in the seat this weekend. We came into the season with strong commitments that we believed were going to elevate our program and position our team for success, but when those don’t come to fruition, tough decisions have to be made to protect the future of our program and ensure long-term stability.”
Though the situation is not ideal, it does allow Williams to spend additional time at home as he and his wife await the birth of their second child. Additional information regarding drivers and sponsors will be announced at a later date.
